The warm, dry winter has left most of Saskatchewan with a blow normal snow pack, leading to the Water Security Agency to forecast a below normal runoff this spring.
While most of the province will see a below normal runoff, the area north of Yorkton up to Hudson Bay and west to Nipawin has a normal snow pack, and could see normal runoff.
