A special weather statement remained in effect in southeast Saskatchewan Friday morning even though the area didn't get as much rain as expected.
The statement began on Thursday as a low-pressure system spread rain throughout southern Saskatchewan and southwestern Manitoba.
"They had around 19 millimetres in Estevan. So not huge amounts," said Mark Melsness with Environment Canada.
